Eyes On You

February 17, 2015

It has been a few weeks since I have been on here but I’ll try to stay up to date on some ideas and posts that come to mind and heart.  The idea that has been going around in my head lately deals with people watching us.  People looking at us, whether it’s at our job, maybe grocery shopping, or even walking through the park, the fact is that people watch us and people can read us and get an idea about us from just an appearance.  Now this idea really hit me hard during one of my shifts at work.  In my opinion work is going to be the best time for us to be an inspiration or maybe just to show the world who we are and what we are about…now that can be in a good way or a bad way.  Hopefully, if you are a follower of Jesus Christ, you are letting Him shine through you no matter where you are.  I know that personally that is my goal and that is what drives me.  Of course we can all have or “bad days,” but when our bad days start to out weigh our good days, then we need to look had ourselves and maybe pray about the issue that may be going on.

In the past month I have had two different ladies at work say something to be that they did or thought as a result of me posting something on the internet, and you have no idea how awesome that made me feel.  And you know, if I only touch one person with something that I say or post, than I feel like that was a huge success, and that post or that comment was enough.  Be that person that wants to go out and change someones life, not by what you say or don’t say, but by what you do and how you do it.  It’s like the people who go to work just to get a paycheck, they hate their job and they are miserable and everyone around them knows it.  Don’t be that guy, be the guy that is going to be a change in the office or in that business.
