Have you ever thought about there being a difference between using cash or using a piece of plastic?  For me there is a huge difference, as well as for other well known business men, but what happens is something inside your head.  It is pretty easy to slide a piece of plastic, whether a bank card or credit card, and not feel anything, but sliding that cash across the counter just turns the switch on in your head and you realize that you just lost a little bit of your money.  It is said that the people using cards tend to spend more money vs the ones that just use cash.  That’s why I try to use cash for any transaction, especially when i pay for school, nothing hurts more then letting go of $2000+ but knowing one day that it will pay off.
